...students here riot every other day. Actually they fight for their own rights rather than for the oppressed people, but here students ARE the oppressed people, so it's pretty much the same. Yesterday they even were on the evening news; they had occupied the station and fought with the police. ...And I totally missed it. I went to class like any other day and came back home, completely oblivious to what was happening, only to find out later on TV. I mean, I took the train TWICE!
